Why do so many people allow themselves to be completely blinded by partisan politics? It seems as if many people lose their ability to use any critical thinking whatsoever during times of elections, and they allow themselves to be dragged along by politicians’ false words.

So many people buy into idiotic attack ads from their favored candidate, and it puzzles me how people can buy into such nonsense without doing some fact checking.

Is the root problem of Americans not being able to use critical thinking a problem with the education system, such as relying on rote learning, or are humans just naturally biased?

Someone once told me that the hardest thing about work is not the actual assignments you are given or learning and performing the actual duties themselves but the people interaction required. He told me that the office politics and the interpersonal conflict is far more difficult.

Do you agree or do you think the actual duties you are assigned is more challenging.??
I am not talking so much about socializing in the office but getting people to work effectively together because most of us can not work in isolation.

I know that in the 1920s Canada was booming, and in hte 1930s Canada was in the Depression. However, I’m’ wondering how it all tied in with the politics at the time, and how the economic conditions “drove” politics.

PS. This is not a school project or assignment, so please don’t tell me to just do my own research.
